Wedding open bar in Barcelona
We bring the bar, the bartenders and the menu to the farmhouse, estate or garden where you are getting married. Barcelona, Penedès, Maresme, Costa Brava and Empordà.
We coordinate with your caterer instead of competing with them
The bar is the last thing built and the last thing packed down, so we deal directly with the caterer and the venue coordinator to stay out of each other’s way. We speak to them the week before: where the bar goes, what it draws power from, when we stop pouring, who clears what. None of that lands on you.

Farmhouses with no running water and no socket nearby
That is the normal case in the Penedès and the Empordà, and it is exactly what our bar is built for: we carry our own water tank, a generator if needed, and self-contained lighting. We need a flat run of about three metres. If all there is is grass or bare earth, that works too — we have done it plenty of times.

A menu with your name on it
We design four to eight cocktails for your wedding, with a tasting beforehand at our Poblenou workshop. Most couples end up naming one after the place they met. There are always two alcohol-free options from the same menu, so whoever is not drinking is not left holding a Coke.
Frequently asked questions
No — dinner is the caterer’s job. We come in for the welcome cocktail and the open bar afterwards. If your caterer would rather we ran table wine service too, we can talk about it, but it is not the usual arrangement.
Three behind the bar plus one on the floor. With fewer, a queue forms exactly when the dancing starts and people go and sit down. Our ratio is one bartender per 30 guests for an open bar with cocktails, and one per 40 if it is long drinks only.
It is planned for. We build wherever the venue says on the day, and the structure comes apart and goes back up in about forty minutes. We do not charge extra for it — it is part of working outdoor weddings.
May to October, six to nine months. Saturdays in September go first. Off-season, three or four months is comfortable.
