Who handles your data
Bruno Bonnier, Spanish tax number X7700154F, registered at Calle Llull 290, 2.º 2.ª, 08019 Barcelona (Spain). For anything about your data, write to bonjour@brunobonnier.com.
What we collect and why
Only what you give us. In the quote form: name and email (required) and, if you want, phone, event type, date, headcount, venue, your message and the services you tick. If you write on WhatsApp, we receive your number and the message you send, with whatever you filled in. We use it only to reply and prepare a proposal. We do not advertise to you and we do not sell it to anyone.
What allows us to
You asking us to: your consent when sending the form, and the steps before a possible contract. You can withdraw it whenever you like by writing to us.
Who else handles it
To make the site work: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (delivering the form to our inbox), Google Ireland (Analytics through Tag Manager, only if you accept analytics cookies) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose that button. Each one handles the minimum for its job.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after the last contact, unless we end up working together: then we keep what Spanish tax and accounting rules require.
Transfers outside Europe
Cloudflare, Web3Forms and Google are US companies, so some data may be processed there, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, limit, object to or take your data elsewhere by writing to bonjour@brunobonnier.com. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookie is set when you arrive: they only switch on if you accept them in the notice. The detail is in the cookie policy, where you can also change your choice.
Security and minors
The site is always encrypted (HTTPS) and only the person answering enquiries can read them. The service is for adults: we neither ask for nor want data about minors.
