Corporate event bar hire in Barcelona

Afterworks, brand launches, team dinners, trade fairs and conferences. We build, we serve and we disappear, without anyone on your team having to keep an eye on us.

VAT invoicing and a fixed written quote

We invoice the company, with VAT itemised, and the quote you approve is the quote you are billed. If the event runs long and you decide to extend the bar on the night, the extra hour is approved there and then and appears as its own line. Nobody gets a surprise invoice on Monday.

  • Company invoice with itemised VAT
  • Fixed quote agreed before the event
  • Public liability insurance and food handling certification

Controlled consumption where you need it

Not every corporate event wants an unlimited bar. We can serve on drink tokens, cap it at two per person, stop at a set time, or run a wine, beer and alcohol-free bar only. You decide and we enforce it, so your bartenders take the awkward conversation instead of your staff.

  • Drink tokens or a per-person cap
  • A proper alcohol-free menu, not just soft drinks
  • Service stops at whatever time you set

Trade fairs, conferences and venues with their own rules

We work at Fira de Barcelona and in venues with external-supplier regulations. We need to know in advance so we can sort accreditation and insurance with the venue, but we have done it before and we know which paperwork they ask for. On stands we work with two-metre bars that fit a standard build.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Always. We are a registered hospitality supplier with public liability insurance and food handling certification for the whole team. We send the paperwork with your quote so your legal team or the venue has it on file.

Yes. Drink tokens are the usual route: each guest gets two or three, and after that the bar switches to paid or closes. We manage it at the bar, so nobody on your team has to play the enforcer.

Yes. Thursday afterworks are one of the things we do most. For morning or lunchtime events we serve speciality coffee, vermouth and alcohol-free cocktails, which land better than a classic bar at that hour.

The two-metre version needs that width plus half a metre behind it to work in. It fits most modular stands. If space is tighter we build a counter bar with no structure, though you lose the visual side of it.
